Standard shipping is via UPS ground. We ship in-stock merchandise within 1-3 days.

Gift Wrapping

We are happy to gift wrap any purchase at no additional charge. We use our distinctive eco-style burlap, tissue and raffia. We'll even include a handwritten gift card. Just click on the gift-wrap button on the checkout page. A text box will open where you can tell us what you want the card to say.

Returns

We want to make returns easy. Just send us back the unused merchandise within 30 days with the completed enclosed return information sheet. Please be sure to mark the reason for your return. A return address label is included. We do not pay for return shipping. You may also return merchandise to our stores. Credits are issued against the original form of payment.

Backorders

If an item is not in stock, we will contact you with an estimated ship time. If the expected ship date will not work for you, we are happy to help you select another item or cancel the order.
